PEORIA, Ariz., Nov. 14, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Castle Hill Partners, an Austin-based community developer, has broken ground on Saddleback, a new residential community located in Peoria. Saddleback will offer a variety of price points for future residents to enjoy, just 42 miles from downtown Phoenix and five minutes from Lake Pleasant. Over fifty local community leaders, supporters, and friends gathered for the groundbreaking celebration, framed by an iconic Sonoran sunset.

Saddleback's 5,300 acres will include 2,500+ acres of open space with neighborhood parks and wellness-focused amenities, 60+ miles of trails to explore the Sonoran Hills and 6,500 homesites. Located at the northern extension of Vistancia Boulevard, Saddleback will develop the eventual connection to SR-74. Saddleback's first homes will be available for purchase in mid-2026.
